I have found this "Rental to pay-per-event user overrides submitter": https://apify.com/apify/rental-to-pay-per-event-user-overrides-submitter Can we have more context about this? @User

Hi @igolaizola 👋 I'm just back from vacation today so still playing catch up with everything and everyone but I can answer this question! There's a rental pricing calculator that helps with figuring out break-even single-event pricing for existing rental Actors based on their real-time data. The calculator now lists all the rental subscribers with how much they will end up paying under the projected pricing. If a user is forecasted to have outrageous pricing increases when migrating from rental to PPE, the calculator offers the dev the option to request a price override for that user (from Apify Support) ahead of making the price change. This Actor you've found is the mechanism that converts a button click in the calculator to a ticket submitted to Apify Support.

Welcome back!
Thanks for the explanation.
So we can do this before migrating to PPE... what about later? Is it possible too?
e
Yes absolutely - you can request a price override for any user at any time. However, if you change the rental Actor to PPE without applying price overrides for your high-volume users, you risk losing them to sticker shock when they see the new pricing. That's why we wanted to streamline the process for y'all by introducing this workflow with the calculator

One of the users has contacted me, and I might want to apply a custom price. But I don't know who he is in the calculator list.

If you know your customer's ID or email, you can use the support widget in Console to start a price override request there instead,

Thanks!
