My first verification request was denied saying the lighting in the document were too harsh. as a result, I again applied for verification a few days ago. however, I havent received any update so far and now it says to verify again (I assume the second application is somehow got denied without any notice or something). I'd like to talk to someone who can help me figuring out the issue here as applying for the verification again and again is a tiring task.
