Open telemetry is a standardised format for exporting and measuring the performamce of everything going on in a program. That screenshot is from jaeger ui which is a program that can collect and visualise otel data. In the screenshot i have the data from a crawl which took 6 seconds in which a queued request took 939ms and the handler itself took 106ms. In the handler i logged the message shown. In complex systems such as crawlee it can be really useful to use otel to diagnose problems that logs alone dont show
