to delete a record from a hybrid table the segment that contains the record must be replaced or deleted

Upsert is not supported for hybrid tables

if Upsert is not supported for hybrid tables then how can we manage our historical data for 10 years.

Take a look at the Controller's API. It has an endpoint that supports segment replacement
