Pinot's documentation for upgrading (https://docs.pinot.apache.org/operators/operating-pinot/upgrading-pinot-cluster) indicates that the recommended upgrade order of components is:
1. Controller
2. Broker
3. Server
4. Minion
Using the official Pinot Helm chart, is there any way to enforce this order ?
It seems like all components try to upgrade at the same time - since there is only a single configuration tag / version in the values

You can edit the docker image tag of controller/broker/server separately

First do controller, wait for all controllers upgraded then edit broker
