Hi team, i created a new namespace to install operator in that via helm. And changed the values.xml with that new namespace in my Cluster. so when i run it i get following error " * customresourcedefinitions.apiextensions.k8s.io is forbidden: User "u-revvr3locw" cannot create resource "customresourcedefinitions" in API group "apiextensions.k8s.io" at the *cluster scope*" Why this error showing need permissions in cluster scope ? am i missing something ? or only with admin permissions i can run this ( that has customresourcedefinitions permission

CRDs are cluster level resources so you need someone with the appropriate permissions to install that. But afterwards installing the operator itself should be possible by yourself
