Did you get that for a SQL query? You might file a bug report if so. Without getting too technical, I saw an example of that happening that was a bug.

Getting it on reindexing as well as sometimes on queries...

Oh - that makes sense! I hadn't seen shared volumes used for historicals before. They should each have their own storage, afaik.
