I am in the process of converting from ELK to Druid. I am currently running version 29.0.1 and all is well but having an issues with the time conversion. I am pulling topics from Apache Kafka and an event_timestamp is associated with each record. For example event_timestamp = 2024-06-18 101327.000000. This is the timestamp (test format) presented to Druid. Druid converts this timestamp as __time=2024-06-18T051327.000-05:00. I am in CST and it appears that the druid conversion is UTC. How do I make adjustment in Druid to reflect the CST time?

event_timestamp = 2024-06-18 101327.000000 --> event_timestamp = 2024-06-18 101327.000000-06:00 specify timezone on timestamp. Then druid will do work.
