Product Prioritization Have you ever replayed a scenario in your head, where had you done X instead of Y, the results would have been the exact opposite? Product prioritization works in a similar manner. During the start of each sprint or while working on your product backlog, while it's exciting to list anything and everything that seems an interesting add, realistically, that's not possible. We use different methods to identify which feature gets higher weightage over another. But understanding the core objective of these methods is what differentiates great from good. All your efforts show result, the ultimate goal for any PM is to make the most impact with the least effort. Impact/Effort Similar to ROI, Impact/Effort is the core structure of where you lead the business towards, understanding where the impact lies is decided by understanding the goals to accomplish.
