Hi, for several years Form-Data.com offered a forms-backend as a service, for people building their own static forms. Now, I'm happy to share that I've added a unique text-to-form builder. As with any modern tool, you can of course use AI to generate your form. Here's a demo showing how you can have a fully working hosted form in just 2 minutes, with all the bells-and whistles needed in the backend, such as spam filter, email notifications, auto-response emails and integrations. I'd really appreciate if you give it a go and share any feedback - the studio is open without registration, and if you want to publish you need to signup without credit-card, and you get 100 free credits.
