Im a bootstrap small time founder. What do you guys use to aggregate your logs? Which ones are cost effective? Im currently just using GCP logging but it just retains it for 30 days

depends 🙂 Storing the logs for longer is cheap. Index / search is where things get costly. If you just store it - whatever GCP has for S3 will be fine

@Franz See try parseable. It uses, s3 as backend and directly queries streams on s3. All logs are stored in parquet files.
