Does anyone here work at a SaaS with a free trial, have an API, and want feedback on how AI friendly their API is? I've been discussing the importance of AI First APIs and I'm looking to write more using real life examples. I'd end up writing an article about how it goes, which might let you pat yourselves on the back, or spur innovation and change.

So we have a free-forever trial for our realtime analytics platform, and the platform does have an API, but mostly it has a CLI client published on pypi. We have a work item to publish a fully annotated API ready for AI consumption. The other thing that might be interesting is that I work on Apache NiFi which has a very robust swagger compliant API spec. I wrote the original python client for it some years ago as the java build process spits out a swagger-2.0 spec, and that might be an interesting challenge. Also the community is working on a 2.0 release and ML readability is an interest point.

Wow! Tinybird is amazing looking! I can't think of a way to make it fit my use case though 😞 "As someone who can't code have AI write code against the API" - what could a non-technical person try to build on top of Tinybird? 🤔

Oh, since I'm doing it right now 🙂 We have usage metrics going to TinyBird. And they have this thing where they generate APIs on top of queries. So "I want an API that returns all the customers whose usage declined this week compared to previous week".
