I think as the article points out it’s probably not going to be as big of an impact as it sounds as after 5 years the taxes will even out. It seems like the initial period of needing to pay more taxes will be the most painful, but relative to many of big tech’s large revenue it’s very manageable. And for unprofitable startups this doesn’t affect much

Also, from what I know about Israeli startups… the article may be misinformed about “least desirable country to start a tech company”. US is still a large market with relatively light regulations and relatively friendly tax regime.
