Heyooo folks! I’m looking for a cool chat widget for my website that lets me have real-time chats with users right on my phone. Not exactly sure what they’re called, but I need something that pings me when someone’s up for a chat, and I can jump in on my phone. If someone’s working on something like this or have some favorite suggestions, I’d love to hear about it and give it a try 😄.

Hey chirag, have you tried intercom or Zendesk?

Intercom is a pretty standard one, a lot of great companies use them. They have a lot of customization options, and I believe its even free for your first year!

Oh I haven’t tried either. Intercom looks great but seems to be on the expensive side for me.

No worries 🙂 … I applied for their early stage program but even after the discount its still pretty expensive for me.

Hi @Chirag! I am currently building a new feedback widget and I am curious to hear about people's needs. Why do you need a live chat with the users? Is it actually doable to be always available? Is there a way for you to provide users the infos they need without you having to directly react to their messages? I am curious how you came to the conclusion that for your use case realtime chat is the best option 🙂
