Currently using Notion + Hubspot to track customer activity and manage opportunities respectively. I have seen companies use metabase/tableau for consumption reporting. No single platform for all of this. Hope that helps.

On Notion. I have a dashboard that tracks/documents the following per customer. • Meetings - Attendees, Next steps .. etc • Notes - Technical/Business discovery, Sizing .. etc • POCs • Architecture diagrams. Hubspot • Deal related info. Mostly managed by my AE. Currently not using any usage tracking software at Deltastream.

We got a simple dashboard when Ram kept asking how many signups, whether each customer is still active, how active are they... every single day for an entire week. Collecting all this manually every day was a huge waste of my time, and he kept having new questions! For convo we use Hubspot. But we care a lot more about tracking activity of everyone who signed up.

right now we use Slack, and honestly, I kind of like it. But very difficult to report on.

Yeah reporting is hard on slack.

reporting seems minor, until you want additional headcount and the CEO is asking to see some numbers.
