Hey folks! If you’re signed up for Office Hours today, I have bad news: we need to postpone today’s session. But there’s good news too: we’re changing up the way we do Office Hours! Instead of a third-party tool, we’re going to start doing Office Hours huddles right here in this channel on Slack. It’ll be the same time (11AM Pacific time Wednesdays) but we’re hoping to get more folks to come and chat with us! We’re also changing the focus of Office Hours. Instead of spending a bunch of time working with one person to do live debugging (which almost never has a good result) we’re going to start posting agendas and encouraging more broad questions from y’all. Our first Office Hour Huddle, next Wednesday the 15th, will be focused on communicating our Q4 changes and Q1 goals, as well as the long-term plans for the Community Assistance Team and how we’re working to provide the best support we can.
