The CONNECT_TIME and IDLE_TIME settings are unlimited for this account.  The EXPIRE_TIME setting is 10 minutes.

For parallel connections, there is no limit for SESSIONS_PER_USER.  Overall utilization limits are:

The debug logs don't really show the error from the disconnect, is there a way to enable more verbose logging to see if there is an ORA or some such?
