Hi, Since IBM Db2 is not available as destination we would like to move data into our data warehouse (Db2 Warehouse on Cloud) with a more general destination. Isn’t there anything like general JDBC destination available?

No, today there isn’t a generic JDBC connector 😞 there is a issue for a new source but it won’t be prioritize this quarter: https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte/issues/4224

Actually we needed it as destination. Is that harder than supporting a source? Or why so many sources and fewer destinations?

There are much more services where people want to retrieve data (Salesforce, Datadog, Facebook…) and sources have the Python CDK which is much simpler to implement. Usually destinations uses Java abstraction language.
