Hi everyone, We are wondering if the support of Airbyte Cloud (paid) really exists ? Indeed, we created a ticket (Severity 1) five days ago and we do not get any answer yet. Do you have any clue about mean time of support ticket processing ? As we did not get any response yet, we tried to reset fully our connection and resync (50 credits) our data (Postgres -> Postgres) but the problem persists. If someone from Airbyte support is on this channel, we will be happy to discuss.

Hello Antoine, I am sorry that a member of our Support Team has not yet been able to assist you with your Ticket. We’ve seen a higher number of user’s submit tickets recently and the team is actively working through those tickets. Just so you are aware, the Support Team’s current hours are Monday-Friday 7am ET - 7p, ET and Airbyte observes all (USA) Public Holidays. If you’d like a quicker response from support I suggest reaching out to the sales team via the Talk to Sales form to discuss a package that includes First Response SLAs.
