It seems that there is a
major issue with the Intercom Connector which is not getting enough attention. The most important issue is that we can not actually
quantify the magnitude of the problem or why this happens because all streams seem to complete without warnings or errors but also without all the data points transferred. The only way to validate is by using custom scripts to collect JSON's from Intercom's API and then cross-check but that's what we use Airbyte for - right?
Opening a ticket on support (8072) hasn't helped so far - neither there is attention on this existing issue. This one is quite tricky because more people may have been impacted but they are not even aware that some of their data are missing.
I'd be happy to discuss more on alternatives about how I could measure the impact this has on the available data and possible fixes.
