hey Airbyte team, love the product and the vision. However, announcements like this make me sad. Surely, surely, we could have more female representation in the main speaker lineup for your developer conference.

Thank you for your feedback; as you are no doubt aware, this is a common problem at technology conferences. We are well attuned to the issue and consciously made an effort to be inclusive in selecting sessions and speakers -- even soliciting specific speakers in some cases. Hope you understand; we, as an industry, need to do better in this area. For next year, we will do better at diversity. We will be having an open call for speakers in 2024, so if you know anyone please help us get the word out.

We've done a better job at this on the website, we should have done the same in the announcements. we will correct this for any future ones. thanks again!
