I'm using an instance with 32gb of ram, and I just ran into a `Terminating due to java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space`  during a sync. I attached my `docker stats`
results. I modified the `.env` file with `JOB_MAIN_CONTAINER_MEMORY_REQUEST=4g` and `JOB_MAIN_CONTAINER_MEMORY_LIMIT=6g` but it still seems to only want to dedicate 2g on the destination/source containers even after a restart. Any ideas?

(The reason I set it 4 instead of something higher is because I'm assuming that if I have multiple connections running in parallel, it can easily run oom and crash the instance. Let me know if this is a wrong assumption)
