Hey folks, I'm the new User Success Engineer airbyte rocket ! (I posted this yesterday on #C01MFR03D5W channel, but it was consumed by other messages. Sending here to bring more visibility to everyone) I'm here to help you deploy Airbyte, to discuss and solve any issues you run into, and to help you contribute if you want to. I selected a list of good first issues for anyone interested: 1. Don't build all connectors by default when running ./gradlew build #2865 (enhance our building tool, the issue work with shell script nothing too hard i promise!) 2. Add documentation on how to use file source with Google Drive #2955 (create a doc to help new users how to use this source) 3. Allow spec.jsons with no properties #3029 (change small part of Java code if you want to learn Java is a good opportunity) 4. Sort Source Connectors on Admin page #3166 (works with our back-end API and a little bit of Typescript in the front-end side) 5. create AirbyteSSHOperator on Airflow project #3567 (this will be a cross-PR on the Airflow project I've created the first Operator and will give full support on this, use python) already taken 🔥 If you are willing to help with any of these issues, you can contact me. I can help you get started on the issue, setting up the environment, running the tests, and so on. If you are motivated but are still thinking "I don't know Java or Python", this is not a problem!
