Heyy , just wanted to work on the issue #712 ,https://github.com/authzed/spicedb/issues/712 ,after looking into it I felt that the issue is that SPICEDB_OTEL_PROVIDER still defaults to none even when OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_ENDPOINT is set, so tracing never activates from standard OTEL env vars alone.
