there is a api migration going on..i am actively monitoring it for issues but sometimes we run into aws api limits..we are working on making this better

Hello team, I have an issue hope get your help: Im using signup with phone and password successfully. But when I try using signin method with phone and pasword it throw an error “unsupported email provider”

I believe the phone auth uses passwordless login - i.e. the user receives an SMS with their code, instead of using a password.

What happens if you try to sign in without a password?

I understand this approach. Im handle login with sms code now, but I think in the signup, we must provided the password, and it dont have any value in the auth flow

There's no signUp api for passwordless

The signUp you are talking about is for password auth flow, but instead of email, users can use their phone number.

if you want to signIn with phone and password, you have to provide `phone` and `password` params for the SignIn method. code ref: https://github.com/supabase/gotrue-js/blob/75060928d89ba9368fcc513aa8c264263808d142/src/GoTrueClient.ts#L174-L191

hello, is there way to export more than 1000 records as csv? via the UI

You can change max rows in Settings > API. Showing more could make the UI very slow, and using something like pgAdmin with would be my recommended way of exporting large datasets

is pgAdmin an external tool to manage databases?

I think Navicat would be the MySQL equivalent of pgAdmin (at least in terms of features)

yes through an external tool all is well, but the client was asking for an "easy" way so they can export them themselves, so I was looking for a way through the Supabase UI

well changing the value to 10000 doesn't update the dropdown on the bottom or allows for more rows 😦

hi <@!175000132197023744> you can use sql editor to export more rows

you can apply any applicable filters and then select the rows u can want to export

then a "Export to csv" option will appear

when I export (without filters) the export only shows 100 records, if I allow 1000 rows then the export logs 1000 records, I currently have 13k records, is there a way to export all of them at once?

How does supabase scale if i was in the paid plan?

I dont mean the technical details but whether it will automatically scale based on load on my database for no extra cost?

TLDR: Upgrading to the pro plan doesn't bring any extra scalability other than more storage.
