At the moment we are aiming to release features for new projects, make sure they are battle-tested, then work on upgrading older projects. Also note that we are still in Beta, for this very reason. We don't want enjoy causing developers any more hassle than is necessary, but neither do we want to slow down on shipping the features that everyone is shouting for. - c
