Another thing for me about discord and chat platforms is the way how folks are always thinking they have a dedicated person assigned to help them right away when they ask a question. Like someone will ask as question and see no answer then they go back to the quetsion and type `bump`, then a day later again `bump`. This to me is just weird that you are asking for help and thinking it should be instant. Forums builds patience.

It's like copying and pasting Stack Overflow answers without understanding them. Don't get me wrong, I don't understand every piece of code I write or use, but I know how to debug stuff.

When I started coding at college we were using punched cards (typed on machine) to do PASCAL. After seeing several people drop their decks and cry and figured out to hookup my TRS-80 with the phone cradle dial up to the data center at school and would do all my code in software and then send it to be "punched". You guys are all pikers.
