For those who think chatGPT is a great source for coding answers... be careful especially for newer code versions. (but in this case all three of the answers have never been correct for Supabase... as far as I know...) It sure seems confident in it's answers, but clearly just guessing.

You can tell it ``Replace "where" with "eq" logic`` for example, it will better understand it

Yeah, I feel that the only thing I am learning from chatGPT is how to be confidently wrong. Which, arguably, and unfortunately, is a good skill to have.

A great approach here would be to tell the AI the root tech, postgREST in this case.

I'm legit considering rewriting the function to cloudflare worker just for that
  • Anyone knows why my session return

You didn't provide any details here, also #1006358244786196510 is where you want to ask this question and provide more details like what you are doing, code examples, is your user logged in? and anything else relating to this.

so far other i have seen about half a dozen people post some chatgpt code in response to a question and say "wow, look how well chatgpt solved my problem", and every single time, there were substantial problems with the chatgpt code that they didn't realize

it's like the machine is optimized for fooling you into thinking it did a good job

If I were smart I would make my own chatgpt version learn the supabase, nextjs, and tailwind docs

More a rant on my side rather than a real problem . But in my scenario, there are two problems: 1. That's one more language in the stack. (I'm in a monorepo and try to reduce down the complexity of it) 2. My IDE detected deno but somewhat can't do the typing (totally a skill issue on my end that, but I don't want to spend time)

another reason to use cloudflare worker (because I'm already using them anyway) is to use wasm, just to code in rust. I'm like .. 90% likely to not insert a bug.

Astro is so nice to work with. I think I might move my personal website to it from Hugo. Anyone else using Astro or have checked out the new version 2.0?
