Hi is the auth team working on supabase oidc for v2 ? from what I notice there is no direct javascript api to call oidc in v2 but it's available in version 1.

It's on their todo list, but there is no set time for when it will be added back in as yet.

    So what exactly does the
    is_super_admin
    column specify in the
    auth.users
    table?

It doesn't seem like Supabase has a lot of 'support'? Is FaunaDB a good option or is Supabase indeed better and way easier than that and Django rest framework for API?

Wonder if USA FAA uses github... "An engineer "replaced one file with another," the official said, not realizing the mistake was being made. As the systems began showing problems and ultimately failed, FAA staff feverishly tried to figure out what had gone wrong. The engineer who made the error did not realize what had happened."

I thought it was the api at first, but I removed that step, it only errors when I'm trying to update the database

i'm glad supabase has it's own phone verification system, cost is 85% less than using my provider's "Verify" API

Hey guys I have a general question regarding a project that uses a React SPA and Supabase accordingly. Lets say you have two tables, 'customer' and 'vendor' where each of them house very similar data for either customers or vendors. In your React app, would you recommend creating a single class, say 'BusinessPartner' that contains the methods that create, update, delete... each of the two tables? This way I don't have to write the logic for calling the API for both customers and vendors, but rather can have a single call from the superclass? If you need to have explicit differences in your business logic between customers and vendors, you can create a class for both and extend business partners accordingly.

I work almost entirely with OOP professionally, so I'm not sure if I'm just overdoing this.

Should I just embrace creating functions and avoiding classes to interact with my tables? What do you guys think?

In my opinion you should do it just using functions, you are sticking to your comfort bubble which is oop and is probably not the best way to learn and explore.. But this is just me saying you should try out new things if its you can afford to make mistakes. in fact i have no idea which one is better.
