Hi, I just wanted to know - if you wanted to track your users analytics, for example how many days in a row users log in to your app, or how many users sign in once and never return etc. Would you build your own logic that sends this to your backend, or is something like this already included in supabase, that makes it possible to query such info?

I'm trying to see if Supabase fits my needs.

I am working on this text editor in React, and would like to synchronize the document to the users account in the cloud whenever they make an edit. This all needs to be done behind authentication. Would Supabase be enough to do this? Pretty much a clone of Google Docs/Figma(for Documents)

What do you guys use for caching api query calls? I noticed there was polyscale in the integrations but thats just database connections. I use the supabase api js client in my app which makes it difficult. How does everyone else cache api calls?

Can I just say a huge to congrats to the entire Supabase team, Launch week features have been mind blowing including Supabase Wrappers which I'm extremely stoked for. Thanks for all your hard work and appreciate the continued push to make the product better.

I did not know about Postgres FDW used in wrappers. Installed the extension and linked up two instances and bam now access a table in another instance just like it is part of the first instance (yeah I'm sure there are performance considerations). But now can consider a couple of apps all sharing key related info without dealing with it from the client.

So much nicer to interact with the data, looking forward to trying it out.

You have to set it up in the SQL editor.

It is standard Postgres, but have to know the key name. Easier to delete it and add the new key with alter table in sql

But of course if you have a bunch of links already then need the more complex
