    Hello, I have a quick question, I'm not sure it constitutes a help thread. Is the Project ID sensitive, can it be safely stored in git?

    also got a quick one that I'm not sure makes sense for a help thread — what's the best practice with regard to "insert a new row if

    doesn't exist already"? Would you query for the row first, then run a separate insert query if the result is 
    null
    ? I know 
    upsert
    is an option too, but I would only want to write to the DB if a value has changed. Am I thinking about this correctly?
