Hi everyone, do you know if it is possible to use a middleware framework (e.g. oak) in a deno supabase edge function ?

How can I check if a user's cell phone number exists? I am trying to log in with Phone but i want to check if that user exists. If account does not exist I want to send snackbar to user to sign up

I signed up, did some reading, tried a quickstart sample, created a database...Now I wan to try to connect an app. How do I remove all I did before to start clean from scratch?

what do you guys think is the easiest oauth provider to get up and running with? facebook, spotify, google etc all require tos & privacy policies + reviews before you can start publishing your app

For me it has to be GitHub. I found Google and Facebook to be the hardest ones I've tried.

I haven't used Twitter as an auth provider with Supabase, but I've used it in the past outside of Supabase when it was simple to do Twitter OAuth. I think now they have similar requirements to Facebook and Google with the tos & privacy policies + reviews are more strict now.

well they have "essential" and "elevated" plans but I'm not sure what the difference is

essential doesn't require a review it seems

I would imagine that the most controversial part about this PR is that it exports a new error class, which can possibly interfere with some future error-handling functionality

Just noted like the original issue that <@529724768296108052> posted that HTTP errors that come from the functions aren't treated as errors and so when the throw errors flag is unset, the errors are being populated in data instead of error

<@264892409081626624> I don’t think so (unless I made a mistake) because I’m throwing all errors (including the HTTP errors) but then catching it again in the catch block which then looks at the flag - and then if the flag is unset returns { data:null, error }. So you should be covered ?

Ok so <@529724768296108052> it doesn't capture if the function is designed to return say status code 422. That will ski;p the "isRelayError" check

are you sure? from the looks of it it should throw an error, get caught, and in `catch` get returned as the `error` in `{ data: null, error }`

Using a trigger function with the http extension.

I was gonna do that but it seems in alpha

The UI is in alpha not the underlying functionality as this is a Postgres feature. Do note I'm talking about Trigger functions not Edge Functions.
