Hi guys, I wondering its possible to call SQL statment directly using the @supabase/supabase-js with PostgREST js lib?

Now it works again. What was the problem? This week the failures are a bit business critical for us.

We had some throttling issues on AWS Route 53. Sorry about this - it wasn’t part of our normal upgrade checklists (since it’s such an unlikely issue). We’ll work with our AWS reps to manage the throttling limits and in the meantime we’ll do slower upgrades this week

Raw queries aren’t really restful, so that’s not something that PostgREST does.

There’s plenty of stuff you can do with it though, so most of the time you won’t need a raw query

Hey my users are still are having trouble logging in and receiving sign up link in email if they have Comcast or xfinity. I’ve changed the api in my client from .co to .in @Xyo @User

That’s only fixable by disabling safebrowse or if the Supabase team can get Xfinity to whitelist supabase.co

If anyone is an Xfinity customer, would be great if you can lodge a support ticket with them

So to make sure I understand, every customer on my site that uses Comcast or xfinity will need to reach out to xfinity support?

They can disable safebrowse themselves

Reaching out helps on the bigger picture with getting supabase out of their blocklist

Xfinity are blocking it at the ISP level. On the user level it will circumvent Xfinity’s blocklist, as @Xyo points out

I’m not a Xfinity user myself so not super familiar with their thing, but this is how the option should look like (screenshot from a user of mine).

Also, have provided an alternative domain which isn’t blocked. If you switch “supabase.co” to “supabase.in” it should work fine. There could be some extra work for Auth, so if you need that please reach out to support
