Yeah it is

Because you need to put your drive ID model on the drive_link_id field

Is this really effective? 🤨

in my testing yes

with the right batch size i have only had one model fail since

u

(Dawn) Will Draw Fictional Women

01/31/2022, 8:39 PM

and that one has eight voice clips with a thick japanese accent and really poor quality

i always stick with a small learning rate so that it does not over fit

u

(Dawn) Will Draw Fictional Women

01/31/2022, 8:40 PM

put in small batch size get small learning rate

c

Couch

01/31/2022, 8:40 PM

1e-5 is what i use i believe (its better for it to take longer than to end up with a pipi caca model)

batch size 6 learning rate 1e-5 for daffy duck : trol :

ive been training all my models with batch sizes between 4 and 10

whichever one is a divisor of the dataset size

I am doing a test and it is taking longer than with the default learning rate. But if it makes the final result better, great 😃👍

Also, is this batch size calculation correct?

py
hparams.batch_size = 18 if wav_count >= 144 else math.ceil(wav_count / 8)

but the waveglow model link is dead

I'm kinda tempted to try that with G1 Ironhide since I still have his dataset up on Kaggle. shrug

Well, I'm gonna give it a try and see how it works. If it fails, it fails.
