Unsure if I am just unable to, or if that could be made into a feature request, but:
When I want to zoom into my Grpah, it either zooms in too much, or zooms out too much and there is no control in how much I can actually zoom, it is predefined in steps. Can I change that? Or should I do a feature request for it? I want it hard looking at the graph and navigating it, if I can't control the zoom level.

I believe the setting you are looking for is zoomSpeed. https://wiki.dendron.so/notes/3i4ABJutl7NGeXRHTnUEC/#zoomspeed
You can update this in your dendron.yml by running Dendron: Configure (yaml) and update the workspace config:
workspace:
graph:
zoomSpeed: 1
It has a default value of 1. This configuration updates the wheel sensitivity of cytoscape(the library we use to build a graph). More info here:
https://js.cytoscape.org/#init-opts/wheelSensitivity
