From the message it looks like it's skipping the commit, so there's nothing to push.

Unrelated: Does it matter that the dendronVersion is not being updated by the extension?

If I remember it right, that gets updated if there's a major change to the config. So that should be good

getting this again when trying to create a note from lookup. any ideas?

I get this if I try to make a note using Go to Note command on a link

I used the doctor to make a file first and then add frontmatter but it touched all notes, so now there are lots of files to sync, merge conflicts, etc. Is it possible to run Doctor on one note only?

this is usually when the server has crashed. can you run reload window when this happens?

is this of a link that is in your workspace?

a link i just made to test if i can make a note from a link [[foo.bar]]

i see now that i can make a note with a test.test in lookup but not if i have another note called foo.test so does not seem like this is the server

can you describe this in more detail? is it when you create `foo.test` using lookup or goto note?

does this problem persist when you reload window?

1. i have a note foo.test
2. i go to look up and attempt to make a note bar.test - result: error 500
3. i make a link [[bar.test]] and attempt to make a note with Go to Note command - result: bad path
4. i go to lookup and make a note bar.test1 where test1 is not previously used and it works ok

this is on windows. i have several vaults, some are workspace vaults, not sure if that matters...

Didn't know about this as well. There are only two scopes (file and workspace), right?

Would be great to be able to specify a hierarchy for this (like you do when refactoring, including regex support). That would be a decent workaround for https://github.com/dendronhq/dendron/issues/1919.

if the refactor functionality is the inspiration maybe Doctror could also show a preview of what will be modified? especially if this uses regex where mistakes are easy?

I checked off everything about git in `user/workspace/vault directory` and restarted Vscode without Dendron. 
Result: no xCode - git warning 

Then i kept git options unchecked as above and restarted with Dendron
Result: i get again warnings to install xcode because of git

This warning pups up because Dendron is checking for updates.

Anyway, this dialog didn't pop up in previous versions to Dendron 0.91.0

i was reading the instructions on schemas

is it possible to have more than one glob in the path?

ie `tickets.*.*` ? or is `tickets.*` the same thing

when i tried to save it it complained about something about children

It should work. I think every level in the schema needs to have children though, even if it's empty. Try adding `children: []` to any that's missing
