is there a benefit in choosing github pages + actions, vs netlify for creating a public dendron site ? thanks all

with the free tier in perspective, github pages + actions is better since they offer 2000 build minutes vs 300 from netlify. in my experience, i push changes to repo only once per day. and i already used 230 minutes within 30-day period with netlify, only for a dendron published page.

Hm. Is it possible to build not on every push but in some other way? Any tips?

hmm. i dont want to interrupt the current workflow. Since i need only to push changes to repo, then the site is built automatically. in the recent 0.79 release note, i saw Kevin mentioned that the build is 10x faster now. So i expect that we may have 10x more deploy with Netlify. I just wonder do I need to modify the netlify deploy script?

I think 10x will only apply to the local building process, or am I wrong? In a situation where several people work on a vault at speed, it is convenient to push/pull often, otherwise there will be conflicts and it is not like coding, so defining tasks seems an overkill. will also apply remotely though it will require an update to the github action script. currently writing the update

instead of triggering per pull, you can trigger it on an interval (eg. every 12h)

Limiting build time for GitHub actions

I'm having difficulty with publishing a new workspace to GH pages. I used the dendronhq/template.publish.github-action template, set up GH pages, the GH action runs and succeeds, but the site is blank?

i meade a thread but it only included last two messages, not sure what one does to include them all. the suggestion discord gave implied that all will be included... ?

Is there a way to create user snippets at the workspace level in addition to at the vault level? I have multiple vaults active in my workspace and have to modify user snippets with same triggers in each of the vaults for them to work properly. Perhaps it would be nice to have a global user snippets option as well.
