Just to clarify, migration is when there is a new Dendron version available. Also, if I manually run migration. Any other scenario?

Hi, I see quite some places where people would e.g. use in journal.daily.21.... the daily or journal page to link to the subpages. Is there an automated or even dynamic way to create this page? So basically linking to all subpages I would love to have the links and comment on them

I think he's asking if there's a way to auto generate a page that auto links to its children? so like generating
    journal.daily.2021.12
with a bunch of links to the specific days in the month.

If you were to lookup the note 'journal.daily.2021.12', I believe all of its child notes would be listed in the preview, and you could inspect them and write comments on them in the body of the note. Would that do what you are trying to do?

i would imagine the general #717965437182410786 channel is fine

is there any way to make these checkboxes editable in the preview? I know it kind of goes against the nature of previews but it would be nice to just click the boxes to check stuff off

also since the checkboxes are greyed it's a pain to figure out which ones are checked and which aren't

I think if you use a different preview extension (like markdown preview enhanced) they are clickable

is the cli package not maintained? or is there a newer version somewhere that should be installed a different way?

Hi team. As I'm checking now,
    nav_order
affects the publishing order but not the index in tree view. Is this intended behavior? It would make sense for me to use
    nav_order
in tree view index as well! Edit: I commented the same on GH #440 if this makes more sense. https://github.com/dendronhq/dendron/issues/440

CLI is maintained - we are working on cleaning up the npm warnings. a big issue is that npm audit is highly sensitive and a lot of warnings don't apply when you are using packages locally without a web endpoint. see https://overreacted.io/npm-audit-broken-by-design/

yep that does make sense. i'm actually working on the tree view this week so will try to squeeze it in. would you mind creating a separate feature request for this so we can track it?
