Yes, but I want a separate note type that behaves similarly. I considered using both journal notes and scratch notes, but I don't want to make those unavailable to me.

In Dendron, is there a way to include the content of code in a code block? For example: I have a script that I'd like to version within the vault, but would also like the script to be included in a note as syntax-highlighted code. If I have a

bash script, for example, I'd like to include it in a note where it gets treated like:

I'm trying to gt academic citations (bibliography) working in dendron but instead they are appearing as normal links, is this feature working?

As far as I know, the way to get bibliographies working is through other add-ons, like Pandoc, the VS code extension Pandoc-Citer, or the VS code extension Zotero Citation Picker. I've been trying to play around with that, but neither the preview nor built site seem to be supporting it properly. Instead, the reference seems to be interpreted as either raw text, or a link to a local file

what workflow are you using?

I'm trying to see how well I can migrate from rmarkdown (bibliography generated by zotero) for academic use. Ideally I'd like to integrate some code output (e.g. plots), but I think I can work around for now by simply importing them as images. Unfortunately I need to have citations/bibliographies working

workflow is something like, writing lots of notes/reviews with hierarchical and an easy way to visualise (main draw of dendron), and build/publish to website so others can view them

we had some good results integrating interactive content into pages... have not tried with plots but i hope they will work too as long as they already work online. on zotero, and generally on support for academic i have jotted down some loose ideas and passed them on to kevin. there was a discussion about that in office hours that i have missed. for zotero, my vote is to have a direct plugin like for word to skip bibtex. anyway, am attaching this note. in case anybody has further comments or ideas... i can integrate....
