This creates global snippets. Ideally I'd prefer workspace-specific snippets. I use VSCode for a ton of things and prefer to keep them separated (I have like, 5 or 6 different workspace with totally different rules, visuals and extensions active, Dendron is just one of them). But that'll do for now, I'll just copy paste :P

I'm wanting to autogenerate and autoupdate the contents of a vault, based on content from another source that is public domain. How do I create new files via the CLI in a vault, files that are bootstrapped with the proper frontmatter? And what commands would I run to update the

@User if you put the same JSON snippet format in your workspace's .vscode folder then they're local... the only 2 changes you need to make are change the extension from .json to .code-snippets, and since that makes the snippets no longer Markdown-specific, you can add

"scope": "markdown",

to each snippet to limit them to markdown only (VSCode documentation: https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/editor/userdefinedsnippets#_project-snippet-scope)

Well the error is correct, if you only have meeting in the promt it would create the schema

let me guess you want to have a schema for the hierarchies:

----- month
------ day

What extensions do we know cause conflicts with Dendron? I had a problem with references

But I have a new problem in that lists with more than one level in a referenced note display as only one level in the referencing note. For example, - level 1 - level 2 - level 1 - level 2 in the referenced note would display as: - level 1 - level 2 - level 1 - level 2 in the referencing note.

What problems are detected with markdown all in one? I'm using it because it's very useful to just press enter and get a new list, and change the level with tab

Is there a way to link headers within the same note?

I was unable to render references with it switched on. Just discovered list completions were provided by it.

It may be a good idea to maintain a known-conflicting list on the main Dendron site to help users avoid installing those extensions, or at least understanding the risks. Like an 'incompatibility list'.
