I managed to open the links with a keybinding using another vscommand, the navigation using links works wo/ plugin. But there is no backlink pane

could you per chance check what you see when you click on the 3 dots on the explorer pane? Their should be some options.

no problem. I'm sure this will be more stable eventually. At least it's not now. Is sad because I was using this vault for work and this mostly blocks my workflow

Okay I'm on Windows

since this question got buried, I hope no one will mind if I bump it like so

Total PKM beginner. Started with a merry-go-round of Notion, Standard Notes, Obsidian, Bear and a few others to get a feel for a few of them. Each has its strengths and weaknesses for sure. Found Dendron and really like it so far. My favorite feature in Obsidian is being able to see unlinked references and turn them into linked notes on the fly if needed. I couldn’t find anything on this in the Dendron docs or here on the chat but as I’m a total noob I might be missing something? If this has been asked many times, I embarrassingly apologize for my lack of search mastery 😬

So I ran the command

npx dendron-cli buildSiteV2 --wsRoot .  --stage prod

from the root of the git repo. Didn't work. When I look at the html files generated in the

docs

folder. I am seeing localhost:8080 everywhere rather than the

siteUrl

from dendron.yml and as expected in this case - from browser too it navigates to localhost:8080. Did I miss anything else? This is how my dendron.yml looks. The siteUrl is basically the S3 website endpoint uri

hey, thanks for bringing this up to the front. the cli doctor command currently contains a set of non-overlapping functionality with the plugin doctor. the cli doctor is used to do specific updates (see here: https://dendron.so/notes/8b03ed06-4f46-46e0-8652-c6abf2266a79.html#available-actions). the plugin doctor fixes the frontmatter and some other issues. we'll be merging the functionality later this month. the 🚧 means its experimental and the interface is subject to change between releases. we'll also be dropping this later this month when the doctor functionality is consolidated

Yes it looks like I had two Dendron.yml files. One at the root and one inside vault. I am thinking it’s been there from the start due to some messed up paths I had. Thanks for showing the correct layout.
