    > @HeroP i use IA writer for mobile and i’m experimenting with git journal at the moment @kevins8 and how is it? :) I am looking for an application for mobile. Is it comfortable to write notes on mobile?

@User short answer - i have yet to find any tool that is comfortable on mobile (aka phone). my workflow is to write a quick snippet into google keep and then type up my note when I get to a computer

My "workflow" on mobile is a sync via dropbox (at least until i can get my nextcloud-instance up and running again), and opening the files on Markor. It kinda works

yeah, writing on mobile is tough. i know a few folks that use the voice recording + transcription function to do long form notes. i think that's a much more natural workflow for mobile

Hi folks, I have modified my user and workspace inline and block math delimiters, katex is the rendering option. All previews great in the enhanced preview. But when I publish webpages using build pod and then bundle exec jekyll serve, then the math is rendered properly. Any suggestions?

I use nextcloud notes and I find that pretty satisfying, but my pkbs are synced there. I also like jotter pad a lot

not quite there but almost. I want the bookmarks app and the cookbook app fleshed out a bit more too but very pleased with nextcloud.

@User did you publish with mathjax set to true? https://dendron.so/notes/84e01690-4ea0-4b71-8cc4-c2d38e09dcf4.html

@User @User i used to use taskwarrior quite a lot: https://taskwarrior.org/ it works via CLI and you can sync it with your own servers

    > @User did you publish with mathjax set to true? https://dendron.so/notes/84e01690-4ea0-4b71-8cc4-c2d38e09dcf4.html @User thanks - how do these settings play with using katex math rendering option with preview? Also any issues with the custom delimiters? Any plans to deal with the inline math with the export?

Hi folks, is there an easy way to configure a spotlight shortcut to a scratch dendron note without switching to vscode first?

@User, Do you only have a single Dendron, or do you keep a couple separate ones? Do you ever use folders within one? Thanks in advance!

@User these settings don't interfere with the preview and are solely used during publishing to render when publishing. this currently doesn't support inline or custom delimeters. if that's a use case, feel free to add a feature request :) https://github.com/dendronhq/dendron/issues/new?assignees=&labels=&template=feature_request.md&title=

@User my setup: - I keep 3 versions of vscode (vscode, vscode insider, vscodium) - I have a mac so I usually have two windows of each version running at any time - i'm running on mac so i can toggle between windows using
    cmd+~
    - each vscode version also has a custom keyboard shortcut which I've configured using alfred - vscode versions: - vscode: used for coding - vscode insider: two windows, one focused on dendron specific notes and one for personal notes - both windows use the same vault but different workspaces (this is because vscode does not let you have multiple windows open to the same workspace) - because you can define a custom path (https://dendron.so/notes/401c5889-20ae-4b3a-8468-269def4b4865.html) for your vault, you can still point two workspaces to the same vault - vscodium: two windows, one focused on https://dendron.so documentation (use as reference as well as to update) and another for an alternate workspace i'm working on (eg. https://aws.dendron.so) the idea here is that I can access any note in any workspace using at most, two keyboard shortcuts. and no, i don't use folders inside any of my workspaces šŸ™‚

Hi @kevins8 , for the daily journal notes, do you find not having these in folders overwhelming? How do you overcome this? Do you mostly rely on the tree view as opposed to the file list? I am just thinking having 350+ notes each year can make the file list very busy and wondered what approach you use to overcome this.
