Hey. You are absolutely right. Not all seams can be symmetrized. For everything to work correctly, the object must be perfectly symmetrical, and its origin point must be placed correctly. As for the Parasaurolophus UV unwrapping video on our YouTube channel, I’m fairly certain that Sergey aligned the symmetry using the Mirror modifier before recording.
