@Aditi overall well done in terms of evidences and how you framed it! This may be a lot of feedback but it's mostly about repetition and reducing length. So don't worry. I feel we should heavily reduce the length of the petition mainly due to overlapping chapters, overexplanations, and or unneeded chapters. Also, the summary is 14 pages. a summary should not be longer than 1-2 pages because it summarises it, it doesn't explain everything in detail. 1. "Corroboration by the Record/Independent Corroboration" sections don't add much value. The corroboration should happen where the claim is made, not several pages later. Citing the supporting exhibits immediately after the corresponding claims creates a clearer connection 2. There's a lot of re-introducing of the same invention. You can explain the invention once and if it's used further for other criteria, you can simply refer to the exhibits and also explanation in text of other chapters. Moreover, just explaining the same invention is not enough. The same evidence should be framed differently. so for instance for critical role, it should be about how she is extra-ordinary, but when it comes to original contributions, you should specifically frame the same evidence as how this invention is extra-ordinary. I've given Kritika some feedback on the same in group, I recommend you following the same. I also used Chat gpt to give an overview of all the overlapping, I recommend removing any chapters that are overlapping and restructuring it. It'll also help reduce the length of the petition. 1. Unified Advisor Workspace This concept appears in: • 2.3.C – Ms. Parekh's Architectural Vision (introduces the unified platform) • 2.3.F – Development of a Unified Advisor Workspace (explains the same concept again in greater detail) • 2.3.P – Conclusion (reintroduces the unified platform once more) Suggestion: Introduce it once in Section C, expand briefly in Section F if needed, and simply reference it in the conclusion rather than explaining it again. 2. Integration of Analytics with Operational Workflows This innovation appears in: • 2.2.B – Ms. Parekh's Original Technical Solution • 2.2.C – Original Architectural Innovation (interactive drill-down analytics) • 2.3.G – Integration of Business Intelligence and Operational Execution (essentially the same innovation from a different angle) Suggestion: Since this is one innovation, explain it fully once and then refer back to it when discussing its significance. 3. Scalable / Modular Enterprise Architecture This appears repeatedly in: • 2.2.C – Lightning Web Component Architecture • 2.3.E – Originality of Ms. Parekh's Enterprise Architecture • 2.3.H – Enterprise Scalability • 2.3.M – Why This Contribution Is Original Each section discusses modular design, reusable components, scalability, and layered architecture. 4. Business Benefits The same organizational benefits appear throughout: • 2.2.D – Significance to Enterprise Operations • 2.3.I – Business Value of the Architecture • 2.3.N – Business Impact • 2.3.P – Conclusion All discuss essentially the same outcomes: • improved productivity • operational efficiency • workflow automation • scalability • governance • reduced manual effort 5. Her Role as the Principal Architect This point is also repeated several times: • 2.3.D – Corroboration of Ms. Parekh's Contribution • 2.3.K – Ms. Parekh's Individual Role • 2.3.L – Leadership Throughout the System Design Lifecycle • 2.3.O – Independent Corroboration Each reiterates that she was the principal architect responsible for the overall platform, supported by the same technical documentation. ----- Because there's so much overlapping it becomes really difficult to read and confusion. Maybe instead you can alter the chapters lightly into: The significant contributions to her field chapter 1. *Background & Business Problem*_(brief)_ 2. *Ms. Parekh's Original Technical Solution*_(what she built)_ 3. *Why the Solution Was Original*_(why it wasn't routine software engineering)_ 4. *Major Significance & Business Impact*_(why it mattered)_ 5. *Ms. Parekh's Individual Role*_(why this was her work)_ 6. *Conclusion*_(optional and brief)_ Again, I used chatgpt also to give you this feedback because there was a lot of repetition, I recommend you using the same whenever you write a petition. just run it through. It'll really help! 3. I see a lot of claims being made without backing. Same feedback I've given Unnati, Kritika and you previously too. so for instance, you're mentioning a lot of that the work was original, enterprise-scale, and innovative. You have very good evidences so I recommend using those exhibits in text as to WHAT makes his invention original. One example was for instance: Ms. Parekh developed an original enterprise architecture that fundamentally transformed document lifecycle management. Perhaps frame it into WHAT was original about this architecture. or for instance for innovative: Her innovative solution significantly improved enterprise operations. Don't say "enterprise-scale" but rather describe why it qualifies as enterprise-scale. 4. Several pages explain how enterprise wealth management platforms and document lifecycle systems generally work before introducing Ms. Parekh's contribution, I recommend focusing on HIS contribution rather than explaining the EMP's. You can massively make use of exhibits with this one to shorten it. 5. A lot of assumptions are made without backing. For instance: Unlike many commercial industries where electronic documents primarily serve administrative purposes.. Is that the case? Please state where you found this information. Same for "The preparation, execution, validation, storage, and retrieval of financial documents consti- tute one of the most operationally intensive activities within modern financial institutions." Please specify where you got this information. The same goes for so many claims, I recommend going through the entire petition and back which sources are not accounted for. 6. The majority of text has no exhibits or sources attached to it. I recommend going through the petition to double check after you've done all the revisions at the end. 7. The discussion of the architecture's benefits is repeated across several subchapters. For example, Sections 2.3.H (Enterprise Scalability), 2.3.I (Business Value of the Architecture), 2.3.N (Business Impact), and 2.3.P (Conclusion) all discuss many of the same themes, including scalability, workflow automation, operational efficiency, advisor productivity, and streamlined business processes. Consider giving each section a more distinct purpose. For example, Section H could focus solely on the technical scalability of the architecture, Section I on measurable business outcomes, Section N on why those outcomes demonstrate major significance, and Section P as a brief summary rather than reintroducing the same benefits. This would reduce repetition while making each subsection contribute something new to the overall argument.
