Hey @kritika a lot of improvements has been made. I do want to highlight just a couple of small things to consider. For section 2.2. Leading/Critical Role What I mainly see the significance of her role, which is a good base, to make it stronger, perhaps add a few lines with the following: • Why was she entrusted with these responsibilities? • Why do these responsibilities demonstrate the organization's reliance on her? • Why would only someone in a leading/critical role oversee these functions? So in other words, we have to still argue why she was important rather than listing her current role. For Section 3.2 – Original Contributions We should specifically frame it around the innovation and why the innovation is significant. With this, you can focus on: • What exactly did she create? • Why was it original? • How did it improve the organization? • Why is it significant beyond simply performing her job? If you can just add this, I think the petition should more or less be finished
