For her petition as feedback: • I noticed that several sections were more focused explaining what Kanchan's responsibilities were, rather than what she actually accomplished. For example, in Sections 2.2, 2.3, and 2.4, there's a lot of detail about her duties. I feel we should more focus on results of her work wherever possible. Such as: new trials launched, revenue generated, growth achieved, improved audit performance, reduced timelines. • Much of the section explains what the position involved (regional oversight, multi-site coordination, compliance, staffing), but comparatively little space is devoted to what changed because of her leadership. • In Sections 3.2 and 3.3, after introducing the systems she developed, the petition spends quite a bit of space explaining why those systems are generally important. Instead, I'd focus more on how her implementations benefited the organizations, using measurable outcomes or long-term impact where available. This would make the arguments feel more evidence-driven and persuasive, rather than reading like an expanded description of her job responsibilities. • I still see a lot of claims being made without any backing such as "Organizations depend heavily upon experienced operational leaders capable of coordinating these functions to maintain clinical trial continuity and organizational growth" and many more. I'd recommend going through the entire petition once more together and establish whether all claims are accounted for with facts • Still a lot of "this evidence" language is used without any context. • Section 3.2 – Development of Original Clinical Research Operational Infrastructure at Axentra Bio • This section starts very strongly by explaining what she built. What I'm still missing is how her implementation benefited Axentra Bio specifically. • Section 3.3 – Devreux Sciences LLC - This section also focuses heavily on describing the consulting services she offered. It would be even stronger if more emphasis were placed on the results those services produced for the clients • Section 2.4 – Leadership Over Clinical Research Infrastructure, Site Expansion, and Study Activation - I'd spend less time explaining why these duties are important in general and more time explaining what her work actually achieved.
