Requesting everyone <!here> to kindly ensure a prompt reduction in smoke breaks. Every few minutes, a group is seen in the office parking on a smoke break. This is unacceptable. 1-2 times a day is understandable as long as it's under 5-10 mins. Making this a regular habit for prolonged periods, especially for non smokers just to gossip will result in penalties and half days applied as necessary. Kindly keep a check. Thanks.
