03/09/2023, 11:21 PMYes. I have dealt with this. What is updating is not Webex App, but Webex Meetings. If you are not installing the packaged Webex App + Webex Meetings installer, Webex Meetings is updating according to your Control Hub. I ran in to this because I was excluding %AppDataLocal%\Webex from UPM write back. Once I removed the exclusion, this is only shown when Webex Meetings updates and not every time a user logs in.
