it could be occasionally off but we had ICA Latency consistently higher that ICA RTT  with 2203 CU2 VDA,  rolled back.

<@UUJAM6B09> Have you seen it prior to CU2? i’ve seen this multiple times and reported it. it’s almost as if the two metrics are reversed at those times 

I’ve seen it before. If you check these two metrics 10 or more times and once in awhile you will see ICA Latency higher.  But on CU2 it was pretty consistent for most cases - 10 out of 10.
