Most of my resources are still server 2016 but CU2 has been ok for us. Still have some zombie sessions to clean up periodically but nothing like the train wreck we experienced with other releases. Have a 2019 based delivery group going live soon so I’m hopeful it too will be ok. It has all the registry fixes in place.

Only thinkg I have seen so far is some issues if the user has more than 8 audio devices, input and output. That's a known issue, se my post yesterday. The workaround is to disable any non-essential audio devices on the machine.
